Meet Emerging Advantage

   Emerging Advantage is unique because of
   the knowledge and experience of
   its founders, Terese Corey Blanck and
   Judy Anderson. Working together for
   20 years in this speciality niche field, they
   know 18 to 30 year olds -- how they think,
   self-motivate and develop.

   Terese and Judy are each consultant, expert,
   trainer, speaker and author, whose training
   and entire careers have been dedicated to the
   development of young adults. In 2006, they
   co-authored The College to Career Road Map
   companion books for parents and students,
 Judy & Terese                                         and work as a team in entry-level 
                                                  talent management and development
                              
Their goal and passion is to merge business strategy and entry-level employee development based on their in-depth understanding of Generation Y, Emerging Adulthood, and leveraging their experience working with young adults. Their application of this knowledge - and their understanding of the demographic shift combined with entry-level deficiencies - is both cutting edge and critical.
